Do you ship to my country?

We do ship to most of the countries, below is the list of the countries that we’re covering so far (updated on the 01MAY2020):-

The country that I am in is not listed here, can I still purchase from the website?

Kindly let us know which country are you in and/or you’d like us to ship your order to via the Contact us(link it – Contact us) form or via the Chat Tool on the bottom right of the page. Our customer support team will get back to you at the soonest if that’s possible and also how much the shipping fee would be like.

 

How much is the shipping rate?

For all items sold here, they all comes with a standard traceable “Free Shipping” option to all of the countries that we’re currently shipping to (see list of countries above). Also, there’s an “Expedite Shipping” for customers who would like to get hold of their order in a more timely manner.

 

How long would it take for my order to reach me?

Due to the current Covid-19 outbreak situation all around the world, normal standard free traceable shipping should take about 2 to 3 weeks to reach its destination. Alternatively, one could choose to use the Expedite shipping method which should cut down the shipping duration to about 7-10 working days.

 

How do I track my shipment?

After the order is shipped out from our warehouse, a separate email will be sent out to you along with the tracking code to the package as well as a link to retrieve the tracking information.

 

Is it safe to receive orders?

How soon my order will be processed?

After an order is placed and paid, it shall be properly packed and shipped out from our warehouse on the next working day.

 

Where will my order be shipped out from?

All order will be shipped out from China, that’s where our warehouse is located. (NOTE: For European customers, our warehouse in Europe is temporary out of service due to the current Covid-19 outbreak situation. Therefore, all the orders to all European destinations will only be shipped out from China for the time being. It should take about 2 to 3 weeks to get the shipment delivered, depending on the destination country. Once the Covid-19 is over and our warehouse in Europe is back online, all the shipments to all European countries would take only about 3-5 working days.)

 

What can I do should the item that I am interested in is out of stock on the website?

Kindly let us know which is the sold out item that you’re looking for via the Contact us(link it – Contact us) form or via the Chat Tool on the bottom right of the page. Our customer support team will try to check with our inventory control colleague and see if the product is going to be replenished soon.

 

What is the payment method accepted here?
