CFExpress slot not compatible with 1TB cards?

Dear all,

I noticed that the CFExpress slot has no problem accessing 512GB cards, but 1 TB cards do not work.

I am using a Mac Studio M1. The 512GB card works fine, but the 1TB version does not even show up in the MacOs Disc Utility. I can access the 1 TB card with a separate card reader without a problem on the same computer. Any thoughts?

I have the same problem with my 1TB cfexpress card via the Trebleet mac mini TB dock. Card reads well on camera. SSD and miniSSD card reader works well on dock. Please advise.

Thank you, received the Cfexpress reader today and find that it works perfectly with my 1 TB cfexpress card. The design of this reader is innovative and does not require a cord. Read/write speed is quite acceptable. Good work, and thanks again!

I have similar problem with ProGrade Gold 1TB. The ProGrade Cobalt 325GB was working.

I applied the firmware you posted, and now all the 2 cards doesn't show up in Mac Mini M2.

We're suspecting that it's the difference in power consumption on the bigger storage card that's causing it to not show up.
