We did share with you via WhatApp that if you're trying to achieve the full PCIe 3.0 X4 speed on the Dual SSD enclsoure, it is still possible, you just have to set it up at RAID 0. But if you're looking for better and more secure data management to set it up at RAID 1, then of course that's the speed that you're getting there. It's clearly stipulated in the product description and we've clearly explained that to you via text messages and numerous calls.
However, since this is about the non-working single USB mode single SSD enclosure. Have you tested the drive on other enclosure if it's working? Have you tried it on other connecting port to see if it's the port's issue? What was the model of computer / OS (operating systems & what version is that) the enclosure was running on before it stopped working? Apple Mac OS User ->> go to the Applications > Utilities > System Information -> Click Thunderbolt/USB4 Device Tree under the Hardware section (can you see if the "Status" of the device is shown as "Device Connected"?)
I don't like this enclosure so much hassle
even the speed with dual thunderbolt getting this speed only I install same 2 name drive 980 pro and speed is very low
and single enclosure giving me so much hassle waisting my whole day all of my data is gone stress full day ...
Is the SSD drive working in other enclosure there?

its woking early dead today purchase few enclosure this one open 2 days ago not trusted enclosure thank god have a back up in other hard drive
Has it been working normally earlier on? What model of SSD are you pairing it with the enclosure? What is the model of computer / OS (operating systems & what version is that) the enclosure was running on? Have you tried to connect it to another port to see if the same issue persists? Have you tried it on other computers / devices to see if it would work? Is there another same type of cable that could be used to connect the enclosure to see if the cable was faulty?
