I purchased a TB3 SSD enclosure and a 2 TB Sabrent Rocket NVMe 4.0 Gen4 drive (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TN1MNJ4) and I am having problems in which the drive unmount/disconnects without warning. Things work fine up to the point where the drive un-mounts.
Are there any steps I can follow to troubleshoot this behavior? The two times it has happened, I was away from my desk, so I'm not sure what was happening at the exact time of the failure.

Thanks - I am using macOS, and that might explain the problem.
If you're a Mac OS user, then it's probably the incompatibility issue between the two. We've listed a list SSDs in our product page that indicates which are the incompatible ones and which aren't. Sabrent's Rocket 4.0 is one of the incompatible ones. Please do let us know if you're using any other OS other than Mac OS and we shall carry on from there again.
