I have the "2 in 1 Thunderbolt 3 / USB 3.2 SSD Enclosure | up to 2700 MB/s in Thunderbolt 3 Mode or up to 900 MB/s in USB 3.2 Mode" from Amazon. It worked great for a whiel and then I stopped being able to connect over TB3. My drive is on the approved list WD SN550 and I have tried other TB3 cable as well. It isnt a drive format issue as it does not appear in windows or mac.
Is there a way to update the firmware for the TB Controller?

Help us to understand, please:- ----------------------------------------- 1) May I know if it's connected via USB Mode, would it work normally? 2) May I know if the drive is working normally if it's being removed from the enclosure and being installed in any other laptop or desktop? 3) Do you have any other Thunderbolt 3 port to test it on? To see if the fault could be from the Thunderbolt 3 port? (also using different cables to test in order to rule out the possibility of the connecting port bieng faulty).
